1. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
For monthly subscription users, if you are not satisfied with our services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be billed for the following month. However, we do not offer refunds for the current month, even if the cancellation is made on the first day of the new billing period.
2. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
For annual subscriptions, if you're not satisfied with our services, you can request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds.
3. AUTO-RENEWAL OF SUBSCRIPTIONS
Our subscriptions are set to automatically renew for your convenience. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so prior to the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for charges that are made due to auto-renewal.
4. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS AND PRICE CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify our service and prices with 30 days' notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to our website.
